We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the delivery date shown by the carrier to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unworn, unused, unwashed, and not altered

  • With tags attached and in the original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase


How to Start a Return

To start a return, email us at support@sockbandits.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label along with instructions for sending your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For standard returns, we will provide a return shipping label and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

  • If your item arrives damaged, is defective, or you received the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping cost (and we’ll make it right—see “Damages & Issues” below).


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us at support@sockbandits.com as soon as possible if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Include your order number and a photo if available so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products (including special orders)


We also cannot accept returns if the item is worn, washed, used, or returned outside the 30-day window.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and place a new order for the replacement item once your return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (for example, wrong item sent, defective item, or damage)

We don’t accept returns for final sale items, gift cards, or custom/personalized products.

6) When will I get my refund?

After we receive and inspect your return (and approve it), refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks may take additional time to post.
